In further moves to protect people's data and online privacy, the General Data Protection Regulations (or GDPR for short), come into effect on 25th May 2018. This has led to a lot of confusion and panic within the small business community. With massive automatic fines for non-compliance, we are receiving a huge increase in calls from business owners asking for guidance and help. It will be no excuse for a business operator to say they didn't know about it.
