It is being reported, that there was a huge spike regarding disputes over inheritance mattersduring 2021. The increase has surprised many within the legal profession, which has amounted to a 72% rise. This is partly due to relatives quarrelling and arguing over smaller amounts as well as larger asset values. Very often, this is evident where the Deceased left no Will and instead, the laws of Intestacy (dying without a valid Will) come into play. Very often, the strict rules may overlook the true wishes or intentions of the Deceased, regarding the distribution of their assets. There is a need, to...

Holiday Park Owners Rights

caravan holiday park

We have been consulted on a  number of occasions recently, regarding owner's rights with their Holiday Park caravan fees. Whilst the Covid19 Pandemic has caused massive disruption and untold wreckage during the lockdown period, those who site their caravans on holiday parks are muddled as to wehther they have any rights, by way of access or compensation. Some park owners have been very reasonable by refunding owners or granting a credit of fees on a pro-rata basis. Some have been less forthcoming by keeping all the fees offering nothing at all. A recent artricle appearing on the moneysavingexpert.com website, suggests that...
