Achieve Legal is able to offer a holistic approach to a very wide coverage of personal law maters. We believe in being creatively different and putting the client fully at the centre of everything we do. As a result of our extensive experience, our lawyers handle all family and personal legal matters. This includes things relating to employment, housing, personal disputes and wills. The only areas we do not deal with are immigration and asylum matters or Legal Aid work.

Achieve Legal do not offer Legal Aid work at this time. Unfortunately over recent years, the Government have reduced the availability and cut back significantly on its access. In order to obtain Legal Aid, you must consult with a specially designated law firm who hold a Legal Aid Franchise Licence. You can find one by doing an online search for 'Legal Aid Solicitors' in your location, or by contacting the Law Society who can put you in touch with someone.

We believe legal services should be available to all, not just those with the ability to pay high fees for them. As independent legal advisors we can offer lower rates because we aren't just focused on money, the way the fat-cat law firms are. We do not offer the swishest Swedish furniture and we dont have reception areas plastered with expensive flat-screen TVs and fish tanks. There are no gym memberships and other perks for the staff, and we don't have an army of 'partners' all expecting a massive share of the company's profits each year. We concentrate on the customers instead with low rates that everyone can afford better. Its what we are famous for.

Like most leading Law Firms in the UK, all of our services are regulated and authorised under the Legal Services Act 2007. This act opened up the legal profession to more competition, taking away the monopoly that the cartels of fat-cat law firms held. We are not registered as a firm of Solicitors, because we do not need or have to be. We are not Solicitors. Despite that, our Company is authorised to provide a wide range of legal services (with some exceptions), and use the same levels of quality, professionalism and standards as leading high street law firms.

One of the biggest misconceptions, is that law firms always take on 'conditional offer' work (better known as 'no win no fee').Strict rules of engagement govern this type of work, and it is almost always underwritten by hefty insurance policies from specialist insurance companies. The 'win possibility threshold' is very high, sometimes you have to usually have at least an 80 percent chance of success with your case before you will even be entertained. If you do lose your claim or case, then sometimes you may well have to repay the insurers their costs. Achieve Legal do not perform these roulette type arrangements, believing in helping people at our great low rates instead.
