Client Notice Regarding Coronavirus.

A MESSAGE FOR OUR CLIENTS REGARDING COVID19 (“Coronavirus”)

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak and following recent Government Health and Safety advice, we have to take the safety and welfare of our Clients & Staff into account. As a result, we are taking what we consider to be appropriate steps, to protect all during this time.

We are requesting that you preferably contact us by email or telephone or Social Media Messaging rather than attending this office, in order for us to limit the potential spread of coronavirus.

We will not be carrying out any further face to face appointments, Court or Tribunal representation for the foreseeable future. Your existing cases however, will be handled in the best way permissible. Urgent matters may still be handled via video link, Skype, WhatsApp or FB Video messaging.

Please ensure that any payments are made by telephone or online. Anyone that needs to pay in the office, please contact us to make arrangements to do this. Anyone who requires assistance or clarity with any of the above, please do get in touch and a member of staff will be able to assist you.

Please note our office is open as usual and these are only temporary restrictions as per the Government’s latest “Non-essential Contact” guidance. We will of course monitor the situation and advise you accordingly of any change. In the meantime, you should follow the Government and Health Authority instructions.
